REFUND POLICY
Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer service. We do not issue refunds on salon services, however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in salon - please notify us within 2 days of your appointment.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so your hair can be visually inspected. At the time we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed your initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost providing it is to the same service you received initially.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will be subjected to a fee of 20% of the appointment value. Thank you for your understanding.
